Account Manager in Clerkenwell, London
Rapid Recruit are on the look out for a goal driven, self-motivated Account Manager to join our client’s team, a leading manufacturer in the office furniture industry, based in Clerkenwell, Greater London.
What is your role as an Account Manager?
- 1. Identifying and reaching out to potential customers to introduce the business and products
- 2. Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for new customers
- 3. Focusing on building strong and long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers
- 4. Maintaining relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all enquiries
- 5. Keeping up to date on products, their features and benefits
- 6. Promoting and presenting products in showrooms and at customer premises to drive sales and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- • Previous Account Management experience beneficial but not essential
- • Previous experience of the furniture industry is preferable
- • Commitment to understanding the needs of customers and delivering exceptional service and support
- • The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Flexible, adaptable and organised, capable of responding to changing customer needs and managing multiple customer accounts.
Position Details
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between £25-30k, depending on experience.
