Japanese speaking Customer Service Advisor
Our client, a leading manufacturing company are looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their existing languages team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for covering all products the company sell. This role will involve dealing with people from across the globe, so you must be able to be fluent English and Japanese.
About the role:
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Managing customer requests and handling customer queries efficiently
- Change reservations and upsell alternatives flights where services are full/unavailable
- Using internal systems to quote
- Offer all company special products, promotions, and offers at all times.
- Convert calls to sales opportunities where applicable
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre-based role
- Speak/write fluent English and Japanese
- Excellent telephone manner
