Office administrator (Maternity cover)
Rapid Recruit are looking for an office administrator to join our client on a 9 month maternity cover basis.
Our client are based in Kelbrook and the vacancy is for 4 days a week.
The working hours are
Monday,Tuesday and Thursday – 08.30 – 16:30
Friday – 08:30 – 16:00
Your main duties:
- Assisting the project management team and carrying out general administration within the office
- Booking training courses
- Ordering project specific equipment
- Ordering project specific climbing holds
- Booking accommodation
- Ordering stationary
- General administration duties
- Job costings assistance
- Inputting data into in-house systems
- Answering calls and transferring through to the relevant department.
