Rapid Recruit are currently looking for an experiend office administrator to join our client based in Whalley. Our client specialises in palletisers, wrapping machines & automation systems and has many household name brands as customers!
The ideal candidate would happy working on their own and have a confident telephone manner.
The day to day role will include:
- Answering the office telephone
- Liasing with overseas suppliers from Italy, Holland and France
- Ordering spare parts to the above suppliers
- Taking spares orders from customers and processing the orders
- Marketing and mail shots
- Processing mail and filing
- Credit control, creating invoices, issuing them and following up overdue payments
- Taking care of customers if the directors are in meetings
- Booking flights and hotels
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM.
The position is on a temporary to permanent basis, which will be for the first 12 weeks of employment.
