Part-Time Telemarketing Executive

Rapid Recruit have an exciting opportunity for a position as a Part-Time Telemarketing Executive with our client in Rawtenstall!

The main duties would include:

• Conduct outbound calls to SME businesses to promote our services and arrange online or face-to-face meetings for our sales executives
• Follow scripts and guidelines provided to deliver persuasive sales pitches
• Meet or exceed KPI targets
• Document all customer interactions and update customer information in the database.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
• Basic computer skills for data entry and updating customer information.

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essential – preferably in the Courier/Transportation & Logistics industry.

This is a part-time position, 18 hours per week, the specific hours are flexible.

The rate of pay is £13.42 per hour on a temporary to permanent basis.
