Answer the telephone
To ensure compliance with advertising standards and all the Employment Agency Act 1973
To ensure all paperwork is fully completed and RTW Docs copied and signed off.
To point the candidate to the most appropriate Consultant.
To advertise vacancies required daily for Consultants on:
To remove adverts no longer required.
To data entry the post Interviewed paper work and assign skills ensuring all are scanned and linked in line with RTW rules.
Data inputting – with this to be fully responsible that all data going on the system is clean, all signed and ID correct etc
Scanning and Linking
To ensure the database relates back to communications made by Candidates and CCW etc is used.
Update the data base with candidate notes, CCW etc
To cleanse the database regularly ensuring Prospects are all available.
To basically maintain the pool of available candidates.
Inductions for all clients.
To know every client site and file all job descriptions we supply.
