Having enjoyed a further record year, which has grown year on year since our inception in 2007, Rapid Recruit Ltd due to internal growth, are looking to hire two further Recruitment Consultants to join our successful and driven team.
These will be a 360-degree positions working with industrial temporary sector. Whilst you have the opportunity to manage existing Client Accounts, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can manage and grow their accounts and bring on new Accounts.
You must be dynamic, ambitious, enjoy working in a fast environment and be driven to meet and outperform targets, plan and develop new Clients that are acquired.
To effectively maintain, manage and grow existing Client Accounts, manage and maintain new client relationships.
Candidate management – effectively manager candidate relationships throughout the Recruitment process. To build and maintain a pool of suitable candidates for Client Accounts.
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant
REC qualified preferred or willing to work towards the qualification.
Ability to hit targets and manage a profitable desk
A competitive Basic salary 25K – 28K depending on previous experience.
Quarterly performance bonus
Increasing holidays after 2 years’ service
