Spanish Speaking Customer Service Executive
Rapid Recruit are looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Service Executive to provide service Excellent to our clients customers across the World. The position will involve responding to customers orders, queries and disputes using various emedia platforms such as Live chat and social media.
Our client is a leading developer, manufacturer and markets sports nutrition products around the world and due to continued growth looking to expand their customer service team.
The role will involve:
- Responding positively to customers on all our social media channels these include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Primary point of contact for customer enquiries relating to orders placed on the web
- Replying to customer disputes
- Problem solving working closely with our customers & eCommerce team
- Daily liaising with the warehouse team and as well as courier companies regarding order issues
- Feed into the eCommerce team and the CS manager re customer trends and recurring issues to drive improvements to overall service
- Support the digital and social teams with content plans and web content
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of, and passion for, delivering excellent customer service within an ecommerce environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good rapport building skills
- Conscientious and efficient with an eye for detail and pride in their work
- Great as part of a team as well as working on their own when the need arises
- Flexible – willing to do what it takes to make the department a success
- Fluent in Spanish.
Please note as part of this role, there will be a requirement to work 1 in every 4 weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
