Cleaner

Location: Burnley, Nelson

Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-9pm or 3pm-6pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Type: Temporary to permanent position.

About the Role

Rapid Recruit is seeking experienced Cleaners for our clients based in Burnley and Nelson. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic and well-presented environment across all designated areas.

Key Responsibilities

• – Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, desks and high-touch surfaces
• – Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors in all areas
• – Cleaning and disinfecting toilet facilities to maintain hygiene standards
• – Cleaning stairways, entrances, canteen and communal spaces
• – Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• – Cleaning windows and internal glass surfaces as required
• – Reporting any maintenance or safety issues
• – Following all health & safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• – Previous cleaning experience is essential
• – A valid Enhanced DBS certificate is required for this role.
