Production/Machine Operative
Location: Chesterfield
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Type: Temporary to permanent.
About the Role
Rapid Recruit is seeking Production/Machine Operatives to join our client’s team based in Chesterfield.
Key Responsibilities
- – Operating various production lines including pre-start checks and paperwork
- – Weighing and preparing power and liquid ingredients
- – Loading mixers and managing process timings
- – Testing product quality and recording results accurately
- – Controlling machinery for transfer, depositing and finishing of all products
- – Following food safety and health & safety guidelines at all times
- – Carrying out cleaning of equipment and production areas after runs
- – Working collaboratively with other team members to support operations.
Requirements
- – Previous experience in a production or machine operative role
- – Good understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures in manufacturing.
