HGV Technician | Nelson - Apply Now!

Rapid Recruit are currently seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join a reputable company based in Nelson. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in HGV maintenance and repair.

• Pay: £54,000 – £65,000 per annum
• Shifts: 6pm–6am, 4 nights per week (alternating Monday–Thursday & Tuesday–Friday)
• Location: Nelson
• Key Duties:
• – Carry out maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of HGVs
• – Work within a dealership or fleet environment
• – Ensure all vehicles meet legal and safety standards
• – Participate in an on-call rota for roadside breakdowns
• Requirements:
• – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HGV Maintenance and Repair
  – Previous experience working with HGVs in a workshop, dealership, or fleet environment
  – HGV Licence – Class 2 or above preferred (not essential)
  – Flexibility to work night shifts and take part in call-out duties
