Rapid Recruit are currently looking for Refuse Collectors to support a busy waste management team in Bacup. This hands-on role is perfect for reliable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being physically active throughout the day.

• Pay: £12.21 p/h
• Shifts: Ad hoc shifts | 6:30am – 4:30pm
• Location: Bacup
• Key Duties:
• – Collect refuse and recycling waste on designated routes
• – Assist with lifting and emptying bins safely and efficiently
• – Follow all Health & Safety guidelines on-site and during rounds
• – Work as part of a team to ensure timely collections
• Requirements:
• – Full UK driving licence (essential)
• – Comfortable with physically demanding, outdoor work
• – Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player
• – Flexible to work on an ad hoc basis
