Rapid Recruit are currently looking for an experienced Gardener to join a dedicated grounds maintenance team in Bacup. This role is ideal for someone with proven gardening experience who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining green spaces.

• Pay: £13.05 per hour
• Shifts: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Location: Bacup
• Key Duties:
• – Carry out general gardening and grounds maintenance
• – Mow lawns, trim hedges, weed, and maintain planted areas
• – Operate hand tools and light machinery safely
• – Follow all Health & Safety procedures on-site
• Requirements:
• – Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience (essential)
• – Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• – Comfortable with outdoor, physical work in all weather conditions
• – Reliable and able to work as part of a team
